Here is how the new BOOSTED feature works: Set an offer to 'Boosted' status and it will always be shown to your traffic as the #1 top offer. (offer must be available and the usual traffic criteria met)
You can set the toggle in the 'Offers' dashboard page so it will apply to ALL of your lockers.

However if you wish to apply boost settings for a SPECIFIC locker you can do that too! Just go to 'Tools' > 'Content Lockers' then select 'Actions' for the specific locker and click 'Offers'. Here you can toggle whatever settings you wanted for this locker, these changes will not apply to any other locker.

Active=Normal - Boosted=Priority - Disabled=Will Not Display
